Do you gave signal?
Is your device blacklisted?
Is your sim in correctly?
Have you paid the bill?

There are lots of reasons other than it simply being the device.

If this is happening everywhere @Villamadtony then as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Villamadtony: To troubleshoot the issue please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Barring > Voice Call, and make sure that all options here are toggled off, especially 'All Incoming Calls' and 'All Outgoing Calls'. Tap the back button > Call Forwarding > Voice Call, and make sure that all the options here are toggled off. Now, head to Settings > Connections > Flight Mode, and toggle this off if it is enabled.

You may also wish to head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings > Reset settings, to see if this helps.
