Please note: By default, Samsung devices like the Galaxy S23 FE do not have native call recording enabled due to legal restrictions in some regions. If you’re experiencing unexpected recording behaviour, it may be caused by a third-party app or a feature setting. Here's what you can do:
Step 1: Check for Third-Party Call Recording Apps

Go to Settings > Apps.

Tap the three lines on the right-hand side of 'Your apps' and select Show system apps.

Look for any call recording or voice recording apps you may have installed.

If found, tap on the app > Permissions > Deny microphone and call access or uninstall the app.
Step 2: Check Samsung Voice Recorder App
If you are using Samsung’s Voice Recorder app:

Open the Voice Recorder app.

Tap the three-dot menu > Settings.

Ensure that it’s not set to automatically record anything.

You may also choose to Force Stop the app via Settings > Apps > Voice Recorder > Force Stop.
Step 3: Disable Microphone Access (Temporarily)
If you're unsure which app is causing the issue:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Microphone.

Review which apps have access and adjust accordingly.
