Minor issue with Modes and Routines

I've had this issue since I first created this routine.  Dim screen in bed routine: 

If  ...  01:20 - 08:00 Every day

Then Brightness 6%
           Sound mode and volume - Sound mode: Mute, Ringtone: 0%, Notifications: 0%, System: 0%
            Media volume - Phone speaker: 0%, wired headphones: 53%, Bluetooth audio: 0%

When routine ends reverse these actions
           Brightness, Sound mode and volume, Media volume

Every day at 08:00 the phone makes a loud beep, I guess, to indicate the routine has finished.  That's my minor issue.

Change modes and routines app notifications to silent, under app settings ?

The issue is not with Modes and routines. When the phone switches from mute or vibrate to sound, it beeps.

Instead of changing sound levels, will turning on Do not disturb work for you?

I think you're on the right track.

I do though want to keep all the volume levels at zero since I have, in the past, inadvertently clicked on a video and the sound came through and woke up my wife.

I now created an additional Routine, this one just using Do Not Disturb which reverts back after the other Routine ends.   I think this should do the trick.  Thanks.
