Hi there, @orientfan. I trust that you're loving your new S23 Ultra. It definitely looks very promising that the "locked" notification has disappeared from your display.
You will be updated when the Trade-in transaction has been processed and fully completed. Occasionally, this will arrive a short time after the transaction has been finalised.
Just for your own peace of mind, I recommend liaising with the Trade-in Team to ensure that everything is in order.
