On Tuesday 21st I got a notification that my new S23 Ultra would be locked in 72 hours as they gad not got m.y trade in device.
 
It was delivered to trade in on Thursday 16th. Trade in have since admitted they have my device but it has not been processed yet.
 
The notification was still on screen yesterday. but it has disappeared from my screen today Does that mean my phone is no longer in danger of being blocked?
 
I am disabled and need my phone . Have called Trade in but unable to I get definitive confirmation.

Hi there, @orientfan. I trust that you're loving your new S23 Ultra. It definitely looks very promising that the "locked" notification has disappeared from your display.

You will be updated when the Trade-in transaction has been processed and fully completed. Occasionally, this will arrive a short time after the transaction has been finalised.

Just for your own peace of mind, I recommend liaising with the Trade-in Team to ensure that everything is in order.
