Im unable to see the latest update available on my S23 Ultra for some reason. I'm currently on 6.1 and the latest should be 6.1.1 or newer. And on the software update page it says my phone is upto date

That's the reason why you don't have Galaxy AI features on your phone.

Now where and when did you bought your phone from? Was it reputable high street retailers?

Yes it was from the Samsung Experience Store in London

Okay that's a bit strange.. have you tried smartswitch on your PC and updating that way?

If that doesn't work i suggest you to reach out to support and request repairs you can do so in the app under support section request service or visit samsung experience store, where they will be more then happy to help with your issue as this seems a bit strange.

Have you tried checking updates in safe mode?

You might need to restart the phone and after che king in safe mode and existing it might appear on your phone, worth to checking if you haven't already

I managed to make it work. Had to change the Service Provider software version. Thanks a lot for all your help!
