Hello, why haven't I received the November update in Armenia yet, usually it was always on the 15th or 16th of every month, there are people who haven't received the update

Hello and welcome to the Samsung community in the United Kingdom.
There are many reasons for that,
1-was your phone purchased in Armenia or from elsewhere and now you are in Armenia?
2-did you purchased it locked with a network provider or directly from Samsung?
3-It might help more if you contact Samsung support in Armenia.

As this is the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members it maybe beneficial to also submit your post in your own regions section of the Samsung Community Forum for a more appropriate detailed response.
Updates are sent out in waves dependant on region , phone model eligibility and phone serial and build number.
A person can also use Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

The phone was bought from Armenia from Samsung official representative from MobileCentre, yes I am in Armenia and it has no problems from the operator.
