This has hit my wifes S23 like a brick. Her phone now won't hold a charge for very long at all. My S24 takes an age to charge wirelessly.
After searching the net and social media, it seems that many, many people experience the same problems, on different phones. Samsung have hung us all out to dry.
Many will switch to Apple, even though its an inferior product, because as customers we don't like being treated this way, despite years of loyal purchases.
Samsung need to sort this. They'll say have you tried this and that, and we have, and nothing works. Some people have their phones almost miraculously sort themselves out, perhaps a software update, who knows?
One thing I do know is this is shocking performance. A rushed out UI update to get on the AI bandwagon. Bells and whistles which we don't need, at the expense of what has always been a quality product and experience. But hey ho, Samsung chose to throw that down the drain.
I am fuming. You guessed that!
