Please can you help when I m doing a phone call my keypad does not work when i need to select a number on Automated calls ?

Have you tried attaching numbers to fast dial aka number one assigned to your boss number 2 to your manager etc

It's called speed dial

I am trying to contact a car dealer, but they want me to put in a number 1 2 or 3 to select the right Service

Sounds like a sub menu within your car dealer this you can't do I don't think

i think he means do you have any speed dial presets activated on your device. if you do then thats probably why its not working
