Keypad and DTMF tones not working during a call s23 ultra tried many ideas on different devices on here but do not work

There are two phone apps on your phone, the Samsung phone app and the Google phone app. 

This issue exists on both?

I have green phone symbol only.

I meant I have read on post about other phones. But nothing tried has worked

The green phone symbol is the Samsung phone app or at least the default one. 

It couldn't hurt to install the Google phone app (or enable it) to see if the issue still exists.

I have the same issue. Tried both apps and it does not work. I am currently overseas and it is really annoying. Any one found a solution? Could it be network related? I thought that. I moved my SIM to an S10 - no issues.
