Having issues making and receiving calls on the S23

The phone is having issues with calls. You call it, it either just rings for the caller but not at my end, or not at all, then I get a text that I missed a call.

Also, sometimes I can make calls, sometimes I can't.

I have been in contact with my network provider and they say it's all fine at their end.

I'm having same problem. Calls fail all the time. I can hear them, they can't hear me, vise versa. Get phonecalls, doesn't ring at my end, then get a text saying I've missed a call. Can't search thing using data. This was with Vodafone, went through 3 sims, 2 devices. Now with EE and it's the exact same problem. No signal, call failure

I changed my sim, but the issue is still occurring on and off, unfortunately. Very frustrating.

It's bad. That's 2 networks, 2 devices, 4 sim cards and the same occurring problem. Been in touch with Samsung for nearly a year about it and they are just passing it back to the network provider. My sim works fine in a old iphone tho

I think that there is an issue with the receiver in these phones. I have used the S series for years with no issues except for with this S23. It may be my last Samsung phone, unfortunately.

100% I've just put sim in s21 and iphone 6 there the now and it works on both devices, just not this one
