Having issues making and receiving calls on the S23

I have this problem too

The phone is having issues with calls. You call it, it either just rings for the caller but not at my end, or not at all, then I get a text that I missed a call.

Also, sometimes I can make calls, sometimes I can't.

I have been in contact with my network provider and they say it's all fine at their end.

Change your mobile network. That's their fault.

It was fine until I changed over to this phone today. So I don't think so.

If you've just changed it today then it may take a day or too for it to work, usually cos of the network provider at their end.

It's never happened when I have upgraded before. Everything worked fine instantly.

If you have ported your number from one network to another then it can take up to 24 hours to complete (although it usually only takes a few minutes).

If, however, you've bought the device outright and just moved your SIM from one phone to another without changing network then something is wrong.

Just a thought, if you go to your SIM card settings, what network options are you seeing?

Ideally it will show 5g/4g/LTE/3g/2g (i.e. you should be able to access any of these whichever has the strongest signal at the time).

Is your signal usually good?

If both of the above are yes, and you've only had your device for a day, I would return it.

It has everything but LTE. In the house, I only usually have problems in the kitchen. But now it's the living room and kitchen. Works fine in the bedrooms and outside
