I got my s23 fe 2 days ago and I've noticed that my s23 battery goes down so much . In the morning I had 90 percent which was fine and 6 hours later without use it goes to 70. Is this normal?

That's good not poor in only six hours of use.

It doesn't matter as long as you have it switched on, It starts to lose battery power.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

Your new device is only 2 days in, so it will be going through a battery learning process over the first 14 days to learn your usage patterns and to optimise based on you and your usage.

20% in 6 hours at this stage isn't actually that bad, implies a day and a half of battery. That should increase over the next 14 days and I'd expect you to get a better experience by then.

This is normal on Samsung devices.

Hi @cookiskit

Your phone will be going through a learning phase which typically takes 14 days in the early stages of owning the phone.

Also look in your Device Care Section under Battery to see what apps are using your battery.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It is also worth me asking, did you bring your apps over from you previous device via SmartSwitch?

Some on here are advocates for setting up new devices from scratch and only bringing across gallery, SMS and call logs and setting apps up as and when needed.

It is possible you may have a rogue app using up your battery. Please see @BandOfBrothers super comment below on this.

Uh I wasn't able to do that since I couldn't log into my main account because my main account was on my note 10 then the note 10 was broken so I got a s21 and made a new account for it since I couldn't log into my main and I've forgotten the email on my s21 and my s21 is un repairable because it also broke.
