Hi all. Since about last week Thursday (between 12 and 14 Sept 2023), this function stopped working correctly on my S23U.
I could setup a multi-point route/directions on Google Maps on the PC in the past. Then, when I was happy with it, I could click "send to phone".
I could then click on notifications in Google Maps, see the new directions, and click on it. The whole route would then open as it was setup on the PC. I use this daily, as my job is deliveries. Have been using this function for 3 years now. Did not think that when I got a newer phone, this would stop working at some point 🙂
Any thoughts, anyone?

@Riaan Eloff: Are you signed in to the same Google account on both your PC and Galaxy S23 Ultra? If so, when you select 'Send to your phone', are you able to select your S23 Ultra from the list of available options, and does a notification appear on your phone? What operating system are you running on your PC, and are you able to try a different PC to see if the issue persists?

I don't want to hijack your thread. But I'm having the same problem and have been troubleshooting with Google and got the most ludicrous solution (see the bottom suggestion).
Check Network Connection- done
Verify Google Account Sign-in- done
Update Google Maps on Your Phone- done
Check Location Permissions- done
Ensure Google Maps is Open on Your Phone- done
Check Notifications Settings- done
Clear Cache (Mobile)- done
Restart Both Devices- done
... and the best one:
"
Have you found a solution?

Similar problem. When sending a route to my Samsung phone I receive the notification OK, but when I click on it it opens Google Maps but blank, there is no route, just the standard search page. Looks related to your issue. Any success with resolving it? Tx
