What clueless designer thought it would be a good idea to move the 3 dot menu from bottom-right to top right when lookin at an image. An info icon has been put in the bottom icons to do what you got by swiping up. It's extremely annoying having to go to the top of the screen when before it was in the natural position to use. This endless fiddling with things for no reason whatsoever is the undoing of Samsung. And you can't go back to the previous version of gallery. I do a lot of editing and it's so poor.
However through some research on sites that seemingly more knowledge than Samsung I discovered a hidden menu in gallery settings that has a setting to move it back down right 😊
