I have seen everywhere online that the S23 Ultras are having issues with the WiFi connected without internet error; however, I haven't seen that it has affected any other models. My S23+ is having the same issue and I have done all the recommended troubleshooting to fix it up to factory resetting my phone. Has anyone else had the same issue with an S23 or S23+?

My S23+, after 6 months, continually loses internet connectivity with WiFi strongly connected. My wife has the same model. We both experience dropped phone calls while at home with WiFi "on". I can usually correct it by turning on Airplane mode then turning it off. At home, I disabled WiFi 6, so it does not appear to be the issue with this or WPA3, since our router doesn't have that protocol. This connectivity problem often happens in stores also. EXTREMELY frustrating for a $1,000+ phone! Junk technology? I don't know. But, it makes the idea of ever purchasing another Samsung product distasteful...

Yes! Same issue with my s23+. I've even gotten a new phone and same problems on it also. I've been through every troubleshooting step with my cell carrier and Samsung over text. They said to go to authorized Samsung repair dealer to try further. The closest dealer is almost 2 hrs away. Very frustrating having wifi shut down randomly

I hv the same problem on my S23U .. its already December 2023, done a few updates n I still hv it.. some said it was the wifi6, but my router is an old one n it doesn't hv wifi6.. so sad, I hv to on\off my router few times a day to connect.. I dun think I'm ever going for this brand again.. am no longer curious abt S24U anymore. 😓

Its April 2024 and we are having the exact same issue on a brand new S23FE device. Despite so many forums describing this exact issue Samsung claim they are unaware of any complaints regarding WiFi.
There are a number of entries on the members website describing an issue affecting WiFi on mobile phones. WiFi is a core function of the device and when broken should be addressed immediately. Instead, Samsung refuse to acknowledge issues raised on their own members app so there is little hope in it being resolved. Luckily can return this device and avoid buying another phone from a company who believe non-functioning WiFi is something not needing their attention.

May 6. My S23 Ultra can't connect to WiFi every time I come back home. Technically it is connected, everything looks normal except it isn't: internet simply doesn't work. As a solution I need to reboot that phone to make WiFi work. After that it works instantly and flawlessly until I left home again.
This is SO painful. NEVER experienced something like that before. Never even heard about something like that before. I officially ask Samsung to address that problem, give full explanation and estimated time to repair.

Wifi 6e and s23 ultra or in some cases just the s23 do not mix well. Everyone is having issues with connecting and keeping a steady connection. It just says connected without internet. I've tried everything
