I have seen everywhere online that the S23 Ultras are having issues with the WiFi connected without internet error; however, I haven't seen that it has affected any other models. My S23+ is having the same issue and I have done all the recommended troubleshooting to fix it up to factory resetting my phone. Has anyone else had the same issue with an S23 or S23+?

It's not the router. It's the firmware for wifi 6e

Yes, I've had Wi-Fi 6 turned on. This problem has not been continuous; sometimes it works. But, I also have lots of problems when trying to do a Wi-Fi call from home. That seems to work when I'm not at home. So, I've turned off Wi-Fi 6 and will see how it does in the future.
Here's the process I followed on my Asus Zen router:
To disable WiFi 6 on your ASUS Zen router, follow these steps:

Of course I have. They came by and checked all the hardware. All roads lead to the phone. No other device has this issue. I have laptops, tablets and people connect other galaxy and Apple devices just fine.

That's my point sir. This issue is with wifi 6e. It connects to wifi 6e, drops it to wifi 6 and then drops the wifi signal all together. "Connected without internet". I've tried every piece of advice on the internet and even got the internet provider to do a full on-site hardware check. Zero luck. All points to Samsung galaxy s23 issue

Can't use wifi 5 with my router and modem. Google fiber is dead set on having wifi 6 and wifi 6e with their hardware. I can't dumb it down in the UI on my fiber profile

I have a regional ISP that just drops a fiber optic cable at my house; I then add a modem and router. So, I can disable WiFi 6 as I explained in an earlier post. The jury is still out on this, but disabling WiFi 6 for my Galaxy S23+ is the most likely solution I've seen so far. I'll give it a few weeks and see if that makes a difference.
