I have a Galaxy s23+, which was working fine until yesterday. The problem is that my phone does not play audio of any sort over my paired Bluetooth headphones (Bose QC II and Sennheiser True Wireless III). I tried both separately with no success. However, the Bluetooth audio works completely fine for my JBL flip 4 speaker. I tried unpairing and re-pairing both headphones with no success. I tried a restart of the phone, checked for app updates, and updated the phone. Nothing worked. Does anyone have any clue why the Bluetooth speaker works and two headphones don't, and how to fix this issue?

Yes, speaker and headphones work on other devices. Also, here is the latest update....I turned off the Bluetooth on my laptop and now the audio works on my phone. Not sure why the multipoint doesn't work anymore, but that is the issue. I used to be able to have my headphones connected to my computer and galaxy at the same time, but now the laptop seems to be interfering with the galaxy connection.

I have a similar issue. I am unable to pair my JBL Reflect Contour wireless headset. It paired fine with my S10 and other devices, but not my S23. I have had five trouble-shooting sessions with Samsung and even went into one of Samsung's authorized repair centers. Nothing has worked. I hate to be forced into buying a new wireless headset. Any ideas, anyone???

Same for me. My JBL Contour 2 headset is not showing on my S23 when searching for devices. It shown on my wifes S22 and on my old S10.
Strange issue! Hope Samsung can fix this somehow.
