New S23. Bluetooth can be activated, but does not see and cannot be seen by any devices.
Another S23 in the same house works fine. All settings/versions the same. Have tried safe mode, clearing the cache (recovery menu) and played with the developer options. It tries to scan, but does not find any devices.
Am assuming this is a hardware fault and needs replacing? Anything else to try?
thanks for any suggestions!

Did you debloat the device at all?

It's only a couple of weeks old, not much on it. Tried safe mode which disables all 3rd party stuff. Are there any "standard" apps that can cause issues (i.e. installed on delivery)?

Hi @Expat-Cat I take it Devices are within 30 feet of each other, have tried unpairing and connecting again? does resetting the Network connections make no difference,General Management-Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth settings. sometimes togggling Airplane Mode on and off a few times followed by restarting the Devices fixes some issues. Though it may be hardware related.

Hi, yes all net to each other. Never able to pair anything, nothing in the list and the phone does not get "discovered" by other devices (PC, phone...).
Did the network reset. Airplane mode tried but not several times (will try it!).
Looks like getting-back-to-the-supplier time...
