Photos on S23 ultra

Trying to add my water mark photo to the pic of my dog. I use to be able to add under stickers, then custom stickers, then go go gallery and select the png, since having this phone I cannot do this. Any help, ideas

When you click on Stickers then 2nd icon create sticker?
