Wired headphone not working

Hello, I recently bought a new pair of headphones, Bose QuietComfort Ultra. However, I am unable to use them in wired mode with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Can anyone help me..

Make sure the USB-C jack does have a dac built in

Thank you...actually I already have one...but was of my old xiaomi phone...may be it's not compatible with Samsung.. I don't know...anyways thanks for your advice 😊

It will be that the xiaomi phone itself most likely had the dac built into it. The latest Samsung devices do not.
