Hello. On June 11, I bought a Samsung s23 ultra in a promotion with buds pro 2 headphones. - An SMS with a code (voucher) for the purchase of headphones was supposed to come after 3o days. unfortunately I still don't have it. where can i get information who should send me this code? how long will it take ? o2 - the network where I bought the phone, unfortunately, they will check it and respond within 48 hours ... has anyone had a similar experience? after how long did you get an SMS with a code to buy headphones?

If you purchased the device from O2 then it's them who you should contact as it was there promotional that they ran and not direct with Samsung.

I'm pretty sure the Samsung offer was only for SIM Free phones, the small print did say not for phones bought on contract

Mine was contract and ive got my code and used it no problem
