I DEMAND AN ANSWER FROM THE OFFICE.
The cameras are horribly performing. FROM DAY 1 I RECEIVED THE DEVICE, October 31st 2023, When taking videos it keeps stuttering. We searched the internet and contacted samsung service see how to solve it, and realize that almost everyone is having the same issues, and samsung is NOT resolving it. I bought the device for the sake of clean and clear video. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT A FLAGSHIP DEVICE AS SUCH BE SO DEFECTIVE AND SAMSUNG IS NOT ADDRESSING IT.
The S23 Ultra is having its camera badly stuttering, and samsung claim they don't know neither heard anything about it! Horrible lie! For a flagship phone which performs so poorly on the camera is to believe that they are stealing our money instead of selling a proper product.
Why is samsung not doing anything and keeps selling such defective device? People been complaining since the beginning, and up to now still not solved. I bought my device in October 28 2023 and same issues like in these forums, including samsung forum!!!
We demand an answer an resolution!
