@Hammer16 it depends if a promotion is currently running , eligible phone criteria, regional dependent, and who supplied the phone to you in the first place.
If a promotion is available then it will be on the website you purchased it from or via a google Search.
For example in the UK on samsung.com if a person buys the Samsung Galaxy s²³ fe then they can take up the offer of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro² at a reduced cost of £159.

If a Network has supplied the phone then you'd may need to check their website. In some cases they send the promotional items around 30 days after receipt of the phone or one has to use an online claim form within a set timeline.
