Previously on One UI 5, I was able to expand the notification panel and press the little names under each toggle which then expands and gives more options.
For example, when clicking the name for Dolby Atmos, I could easily change between the different presets. Now with One UI 6 I have to hold onto it which makes the process longer.
This also removes the convenience to go from the phone being on mute and to set it to vibrate. Now, I press on sound then vibrate.
