S23 Ultra - speedometer icon - what is it, how do I toggle on/off

I have this icon in my status bar, when I swipe down from the top:

Can someone explain what this is?   What is the meaning of the 'leaf' shape? Where in settings can I change what this does?

Power saving turn off under battery settings.

Power Saving is already off, if I enable I get an extra icon appear, but still have the original:

You are probably using light instead of standard.
