Quick panel disappeared

Hi, 

I have recently acquired a samsung s23 and since the recent software update (dated august 24), the quick panel toggles disappear from time to time and sometimes they get stuck so when you try to select them, nothing happens. I have noticed a significant number of people reporting the same issue, so I am wondering if there is a solution yet? 

I have wiped the cache partition as that was one solution suggested, but I still have the same issue. 

Any advice welcome, thanks!

If it's happening to many after the update. I would send feedback or send error report under support in the members app. Let the developers aware of the issues.

Please try hard reset

With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Hi piper…I am having exactly same problem…quick panel not there when I swipe down…so eg can’t auto rotate screen

i have tried your’hard reset’ screen did as you said…but problem persists…any other ideas to get quick panel back? Help appreciated

Nb this is S22
