We are all customers like yourself. So, basically, give answers based on our own experience or learning from others.
Also, I believe the s24 ultra is the only phone that does 4k recording on all lenses ( I guess that's why I upgraded to it)
Historically, Samsung has struggled with video issues here and there, and while the average user might not notice it, someone who uses the feature often will notice the glitches and frame drops, etc.
On my S21 ultra, I used to just film with the main lens only and try not switching lenses as it seemed to mess up.
So maybe you might have to restrict yourself and be a bit more creative with your choice of lenses and how you shoot with them.
