Disney plus redeem

I have just tried to claim my disney plus code as I have just bought a Samsung 23uktra and keep saying contact support. I have contacted them no reply is there any other way I can redeem ??

You will need to cancel your subscription and wait till it runs out
Then use the code

After you cancelled the existing subscription, did it give you the option to "resume subscription"?

@Kenhag9: You will be required to claim your Disney+ code on our Boost website by following the link below.

I recommend visiting the site on the S23 itself using the Chrome app. If you run into any issues, head to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear cache, then try again. When you are prompted to sign in, please select 'Sign in with Galaxy device' and follow the on screen instructions to claim, making sure to sign in using the Samsung account that is registered to the phone.
