Unable to redeem Disney plus offer

I purchased S23 Ultra on 25th November 2023 when the redemption offer was on however unable to redeem it at the moment. 

Chrome didn't work so tried Edge to redeem. It worked until it says I am not eligible. Ts&Cs clearly say I am eligible and was promoted when I purchased. 

I called up the Samsung customer service but despite 45 mins of waiting, it turned out to be completely useless as no one could help and I lost those time I will never get back.

Can someone please help sorting this out. Thanks!

Hey there

Have you used an offer before for Disney+?

I'm not 100% sure but if you have I have a feeling you can't have another.

Simple solution would be to use a different email address in Disney+

It should work as I used it twice with the same email.
