Can't hear the other person sound while calling

I cannot hear the other person sound while making a call through the SIM, I tried the SIM with another phone ,it's perfectly fine.

Finally I found that when SIM is on 4 g or 5 g ,I can't hear the person's voice . it's fine on 3g and 2g .

I tried the SIM with other phones (pixel and I phone ) , it works very well.

My SIM is Vodafone. please help me to sort this issue.

The SIM is irrelevant to your issue. You've tried it in a different device and it works.

Most likely is that your volume is at to silent.

This is happening a lot as Samsung has made S23 and S24 series far more customisable

I'm am also having the same problem, but only when calling direct from phone. If using WhatsApp I have no problems at all. Speakers and mic work fine.

The same here.If you change your mobile network to 2g or 3 g , It works I believe...Try that

Yes just switched to 3g and it works fine.

Same here. Our of interest what network are you using? I think the problem lies with samsung though.
