Unable to disable call forwarding when unreachable

Tried all available permutations and combinations to disable the service which is forwarded to unknown number 91 9894035100. Service providers still unable to resolve. Samsung has any bug or any solution for this problem.

I think you have to contact your network provider to disable call forwarding.

Unable to find any solution for call forward  when unreachable to disable the current unknown number.  Infection my repeated complaint to my Aircel service provider.  All possible options on the earth has been exhausted including factory reset and hard reset.

Have you tried to disable the feature by heading into the Phone app > 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary services > Call forwarding > Select the option that's enabled > Delete the number under 'Forward to'.
