Can I claim free gift?

I purchased S23 Ultra from my local shop I have registered it on Samsung. They have a promo for s23 if you buy you get a gift. Can this be claimed?

Usually you have to wait 14 days after purchase before you can claim any free gifts.

Ah right it's been over that much. Probably won't get one as it wasn't direct from Samsung?

I'm in the UK and with looking on Samsung.com the current deal is Samsung Buds Buds 2 Pro which is valid until 10th of October 2023. 

Unfortunately these are only available if the phone is purchased direct from Samsung which i see you didn't do. 

Maybe check what if any the retailer you purchased from is running any promotions.

Hi, @Amalya. Please can you confirm when you purchased your S23 Ultra and whether you've reached out to iD Mobile to see if it had a separate promotion for free Buds?

I ask this, as the recent promotion only applies to purchases of either the S23 or S23+  made between 8th November 2023 - 25th January 2024 (from participating retailers).
