camera color BADLY deteriorated compare to OLD samsung phone

Very obvious while shot fried egg yolk / japanese half cook egg orange + yellow color is DULL.
Had tried adjusted screen brightening color, camera feature etc it not helping.

S23 & S24 ultra camera color BADLY deteriorated compare to OLD phone S20

pls. tell me what next reason to buy flagship phone if camera color is BAD.

Why can't enable camera with torch light open to shot QR code / picture in dark environment????????????????
