So I finally got my code today for the Disney subscription.
So first I went on the Samsung live chat, told them what I had done to try to get the redemption code, but they could not resolve it, so then they asked if it would be OK to allow them access to my phone to go through the redemption process to which I agreed. Someone called me today, took remote access to my phone in which they realised it was not working, interestingly the woman on the phone said they were aware that for S23 users it was a problem they are trying to resolve. Anyway she just texted me a redemption code which worked.
