Boost select device button not working

I brought my S23 just over a week ago and since then I have been trying to claim the free 6 months Disney, I have not ever had a subscription to Disney I press redeem then it takes me to the select device button ut nothing happens,I've tried on the boost app and over the Internet link but the same happens I've cleared my cache and spoke to online support but I'm still no further on, has anyone else had this problem and bin able to fix it please

So I finally got my code today for the Disney subscription.
So first I went on the Samsung live chat, told them what I had done to try to get the redemption code, but they could not resolve it, so then they asked if it would be OK to allow them access to my phone to go through the redemption process to which I agreed. Someone called me today, took remote access to my phone in which they realised it was not working, interestingly the woman on the phone said they were aware that for S23 users it was a problem they are trying to resolve. Anyway she just texted me a redemption code which worked.
I hope this helped others that are struggling.

Same issue here on a Tab S8.
Tried Samsung Browser / Chrome / Firefox.
Cleared cache and all browser data.
Tried mobile network, WiFi, lan.
Tried on and off VPN.
Restarted the device multiple times.
Tried mobile and desktop version of the website.

Think all local device options have been exhausted, this has to be an issue Samsung's side.

Same issue here with my new flip 5, won't let me claim the store voucher or disney plus code. Anyone figure a way round it yet?
