I have an S23 and after the November software update the phone does not connect to my car's BT for music and voice. I was hoping the latest update (Jan '24) would sort it out but it hasn't. I have gone through all the steps repeatedly, reset the phone to factory, and had the data sent to Samsung tech dpt hoping they'd find a solution. Nothing has worked. Anybody else experience a similar issue?

I have the same problem in my car, also my wifes phone both Samsung 22 and 23 Ultra is giving us a lot of trouble with Bluetooth in ur car. Iphones are working very well? Why did they remove the option of clearing the cache on UI6? Can't they fix it so it's possible to clear it in the apps menu again? I don't want to try your method and end up as @Kayepunch , which didn't solve his problem.

i think this issue is related with Call Feature in Bluetooth.
Audio Playback work perfectly if i turn off the call feature.
it's work to my Bluetooth speaker. But somehow, it's not work with my car, i can't turn off call
this problem solved once, but after the last update of phone app this issue happen again

Thanks for the suggestion - but it doesn't work. The "Clear Cache" option is greyed out.
Any other suggestions? I'm getting really frustrated with this phone - to the point that I'm ready to start looking for something else.

I have the same problem, the Samsung service center told me that they cannot help me because it does not apply to the warranty and they could not help me in any way, terrible customer service from Samsung. Same model S23
