I have an S23 and after the November software update the phone does not connect to my car's BT for music and voice. I was hoping the latest update (Jan '24) would sort it out but it hasn't. I have gone through all the steps repeatedly, reset the phone to factory, and had the data sent to Samsung tech dpt hoping they'd find a solution. Nothing has worked. Anybody else experience a similar issue?

I've been experiencing the same issues. I cannot connect to any Bluetooth device whatsoever. Now all because of the latest update and it used to work but now it does not and I don't know why and I'm about ready to just switched back to a d*** iPhone because at least I know it works even though there are apple service fees for everything and it's stupid.  You're always stuck with something going on.Regardless.It's like you might as well throw the darn things away!!

I had the same problem with my S23+ after the big update. I tried all the other recommended solutions, but resetting the Bluetooth setting on the phone seemed to fix the issue. Go to: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings > Reset Settings. You're going to have to reconnect to all your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices afterwards, but my phone connects to my car without any problems now.

I have an Ultra 23 which would not pair with a ***** radio.  My default AVRCP was 1.5, lowering it to 1.4 worked!  Thanks for the great information.

Sense last weeks update on my s21 ultra I cannot stay connected to any Bluetooth devices.  I have done every fix and I can connect to most of them once then after that it stops working again. I connect USB to android auto and then keep getting failed to connect to Bluetooth.

I have tried this but my phone does not have the clear cache for Bluetooth.  The latest software update is what messed my Bluetooth up.
