I have an S23 and after the November software update the phone does not connect to my car's BT for music and voice. I was hoping the latest update (Jan '24) would sort it out but it hasn't. I have gone through all the steps repeatedly, reset the phone to factory, and had the data sent to Samsung tech dpt hoping they'd find a solution. Nothing has worked. Anybody else experience a similar issue?

Well it did work for a few hours now does not work again.

If you're still having the same problem, it would be worth sending in an Error report if you haven't already.
When you're in the Samsung Members app, tap on Support (you can find this in the bottom right) > Send feedback > Tap on the pen icon (bottom right) > Select your category > Type your message > Make sure you tick "Send system log data". Then, tap on the send option (arrow in the top right) to send us your message and log(s).
Make sure that you do this within 15 minutes of the issue occurring so that our engineers can perform advanced diagnostics.
