I'd expect the battery stats to fluctuate @sarasphotobox due to the different background usage on top of the apps usage.

Exact accuracy may differ too.

Oh ok I was thinking I've had accurate usage yesterday so that's why I haven't used different apps so that's why

My S23U estimate fluctuates between 2 days and over 4 days even though ive had it for a few months, it is strange and I'm sure my old Fold 3 or Note 10 didn't fluctuate that much, I must be using my phone very inconsistently and confusing it

No I think it's definitely software because it's nothing to do with using alot lolll I just noticed it myself since 31st July and 3rd August happened weird
