Hi everyone I just recently purchased a new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra after much reading online as it just looked to big but after having it for 3 days I must say I'm loving the phone my only concern I was reading loads of reviews about how great the battery was on this phone with snapdragon gen 2 etc people was reporting 7-8 hours screen on time but I'm only getting between 4-5 have wqhd on and adaptive battery can anyone suggest if this is OK or have I got a faulty phone? Many thanks 😊

Apps like Facebook use background data to load your videos quickly also because you are continuously tapping your screen for scrolling it keeps the refresh rate at 120htz all the time.
Streaming apps reduce refresh rate to 60 htz or 48htz there by saving battery life.

Mine also when i first bought it i could do 8 to 9 Hours of screen time but I wasn't too happy with that i was not playing games or any heavy usage..then i returned it to samsung repair center and after two weeks they said they changed the battery and told me it should be good now but that's not the case now i can barely get 6 to 7 Hours of SOT ... I'm really sad i shouldn't have sent it to the repair center..
