Firstly your phone will go through a usage learning cycle. Battery can be inconsistent during this time and with around a week or so, should complete this.
Screen on time is notoriously subjective and completely dependent on what's installed, usage etc etc
If it lasts you long enough, then that should be what you go on

I don't use any battery saving features and screen on max resolution.
My phone will easily last a day. Most of the time I get day and a half to two days
My screen on time will vary from 4 hrs to 10 hrs
Just depends on how I've been using it

After the battery learning cycle is finished, I'd recommend wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone
Should help with any potential issues

Turn off 5G, and use dark mode. that alone will increase your sot by 2 hours

So using mobile data drains battery more than WiFi I have just been using 5g as I get unlimited data?

It depends on your signal strength. A stronger signal will use less battery to maintain but ultimately will still use more power than WiFi. Even so, you should be able to achieve at least 8 hours screen on time, depending on use.

Wiping the Partition Cashe clears out a lot of old or corrupted information that can cause issues

Follow the steps below. You must follow every step and you should be done in about a minute

Turn off your phone.

Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile

You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.

Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.

At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .
Use the power button to accept that.
You will then see its cleared.

Then the top option, reboot phone.
Press the power button to reboot the phone and then sign in normally

Its always good to keep your phone backed up
But no it just clears out built up Cashe files
Sometimes these can get corrupted, especially after transferring file to so new phone
I normally wipe the Cashe regularly to keep things running smoothly
