August Update & Android Beta Release

Just contacted Samsung Support about the releases & got the following.....

It's like having to deal with children who have temper tantrums. I've noticed on this forum there are so many people living in a world of fantasy. You would think they have not experienced how things operate in the real world.

Now that the update is released in the UK there will now be more moaning about the beta.

Same thing happens each month if not received in first few days... I only look at forums around beta time as interested in testing it... but I do then resort to humour when I get tired of the hundreds of threads with the same thing being said each time... some just have no patience.

Been confirmed by Samsung, official Android 14 aka UI 6.0 will be released on 5th October. 🤞 🙏 👍

I usually visit this forum occasionally to see what issues people are facing or if others may have experienced a bug I've come across. Sometimes I may be able to give a little help.

It's really irritating when you visit the forums and just find a list of posts moaning about the beta or a 'late' update.

I'm interested in the beta as well and so, I check daily also. If it's not there, I'm slightly disappointed then proceed to check another time/day. The cycle continues.

Again, so you'd rather have fixes than good functioning software from the get go? You understand that quick successive updates will typically have these kinds of tradeoffs.

I mean if Cyberpunk and it's disastrous launch is your kind of thing, have at it. I'm pretty certain all those PS5 users wouldn't agree.
