Hello @Rio3505 👋
In regards to the Wi-Fi issues does this happen when connected to your Home Router, or any source of Wi-Fi 🤔
In regards to Data can you try your sim card in the secondary sim slot.
Does slow speeds happen in one area or everywhere ?
I'm thinking of a network issue or mast congestion.
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone ,and then see what happens.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
Try resetting your network settings via > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Reboot your phone.
There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if this highlights anything.
A more broadsworded option is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Also a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It seems you are having a whole lot of issues with your phone... most of which have not been experienced or seen from the other forum members.
You really should consider sending this phone back to Backmarket.
Whether you have had a previous phone from there that was OK is not relevant.
The problem with buying a second hand phone from such a site is that you have no idea of the history of the phone, the origin country can also be different. For all you know it could have been reprogrammed badly or even 'rooted'.
Personally with all your problems across many different posts with issues about sim, WiFi, data, cameras etc... I would send it back for a refund. Whether you decide to do this is your own choice. We can just offer advice. Choose to take it... or choose to ignore. It is up to you.
One thing for certain is that it is not typical behaviour all those issues you see. !!
