Paint peeling

Is anybody else having same issue. I got the s23 ultra at release unboxed it and put straight in a case. Never without one and the I have on 2 parts the paint vone off. When u run your finger over can tell its not been dropped there no dents it's smooth which is perplexing me as ho

The case is rubbing on it.

I thought that so watched jerry tig on youtube and when he took the back off the paint was on the inside of the glass not the out . Just emailed samsung about it .. like I say it's smooth like the rest of the ares no dent ot scratch end at all.

I can only speak for my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 

My phone hasn't shown the same as yours in regards to the finish. 

Sone cases can cause issues especially if grit etc has managed to work itself inside. 

I use an UAG Monarch Pro Kevlar Magsafe Case with mine. 

Do let us know how you get on please.

Will do just weird how it doesn't feel like scratch it's as smooth as rest of the side and the glass. I've got to book in with Samsung g shop and take it in for them to look at it

Thanks for the link. Will have a look at the pen save some money as have to pay to be repainted
