I just got a new update pushed to my phone for the S23+. Since this happened my pin no longer works to access my secure folder. Also, there is no reset PIN option available on the screen I just get a lockout with a longer time duration or an option to uninstall the app and lose my data. I also have a constant push notification on my phone that says Secure Folder locked.... Can we not reset this through the Samsung website or something? I am trying no to lose my data stored. Any help is appreciated. I did trying clearing the cache on the app and it did not make a difference.

Hi @PistolPete222 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍

I appreciate you've cleared the cache of that particular app but can you consider now clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
