Can't access sd card files

The s23 ultra has no issue but the base s23 doesn't want to read the files. I don't use the s23u because it sucks and I want or use the base s23 but it doesn't work so what do i do

The S23U bought refurbished can certainly be troublesome. Otherwise, works brilliantly

Samsung members do anything to get you to spend thousands in a brand new device. Refurbished worked fine with other devices but with samsung somehow it's bad. Seems like samsungs issue to me
