This most recent update (see image) for S23 plus is now causing my esim network to frequently disconnect. The only solution is then to turn on airplane mode and then turn off and network comes on again but then goes offline after a while.

I have tried turning of the esim and on, restarting phone and still happening. I haven't yet tried network or factory reset as want to avoid that for now.

I don't know what's causing this but do know it happened only since applying this recent android update.

My husband is having the same issue with a brand new S20 +5G . He restarts the phone and the Esim is just gone.  We just bought the phone about a month ago. There is no option to change the 5G to 4G. We were also told that the phone may have come with a dirty app installed to it which is why I am going to try to start it in safe mode. I am also wondering .. if you are in safe mode .. and it automatically switches to Airplane mode ... how are you supposed to tell if there is an app causing the issue? You don't see bars for service or anything so I am confused ..I am def NOT a tech guru so trying my best to find a solution. We did order a physical sim just in case the Esim was the issue ... Thank you
