After the last update on 1/4 2024, all my outgoing calls end after 16 minutes and 39 seconds. I've chatted with Samsung and tried to do everything they suggested. I have been in contact with my telephone operator (Tele2) 2 times and they have both times had a technician check it but did not find anything wrong. From what I've seen here in the Samsung community(And in the chat), Samsung says the fault lies with the phone carrier. But from what I've read, people have the same problem but with different Samsung mobile models and different carriers. I myself have a Samsung Galaxy S23 plus and as I wrote Tele2 in Sweden.
I can't call authorities and the like because the phone queues there are longer than 16 minutes and 39 seconds. This affects my life very much!
And that this happened to a lot of people right after the update... Have you heard of Occam's razor. Or the doctrine of probability.
If you have the same problem, go into the Samsung members app and report the problem so Samsung actually listens to us and fixes it!

Hello!
I have same problem, also another friend has the same problem. I have the S23 Ultra with OneUI 6.1. He has the Fold 5 with OneUI 6.1.
We both have Tele2 as operator. All calls ends after 16 minutes and 39 seconds. Im trying to contact Tele2, but reach them within 16 minutes and 39 seconds...haha

I have the same issue. Tried to change sim but didn't work better. Also did the last update 1/4. Sent a bug aswell. S23 is the model I've got.

Hi, Same issue here with my Samsung S23 Plus, Operator Tele2. All calls are being dropped after exactly 16 minutes and 39seconds since One UI 6.1! Really annoying!

I have the same problem. 16 mins 39 sec. Also tele2 🙄 So annoying

Tried talking to support, no solution yet. Have tried clear cache, tried to clear APN, tried to delete all network settings, tried to reboot, tried to change SIM, tried to reset phone to default. Still nothing works. Also saw that there's a new update, have anyone tried it? I don't have tele2 either, worth to mention.

Great, that's what the support told me today too. That they're working on an new update. So hang on, and update every time it's possible.

Still had the same issue even after updating my phone (S23 ultra, tele2) today but I had a temporary solution so that the call will not close/end while I am waiting on the line/queue.
Before reaching the 16 minute mark, I added another call (I called a person that I know could answer immediately). So I now have a 3-way call. I asked that person to stay on the line until the original/first call go past 17 minutes. And surprisingly, the original/first call I was waiting on the line did not end.
An extra inconvenient step but can be done while waiting for Samsung fix this bug.
