Yeah we have the brand new Q96R  Soundbar and same problem. No Spotify, No YouTube Music, only Tune-In and Deezer.    Im also able to use Samsung Music to send local music files to the Soundbar.  ... View more

We have 2018 QLED Q8F series. And we have the brand new Samsung Soundbar HW-Q80R (Q86R) with Dolby Atmos support.  However, we are not able to get Netflix to play Dolby Atmos to it. Not via TV-app and not via Nvidia Shield android app.  This sucks.    ... View more
