6.1.1 update. Apps now not updating S23 Ultra

This is NOT resolved!!!

After the update, I have several apps that are not updating. All with the same error message. Reboot doesn't work. Any help, please?

A workaround has been found by a member and has posted here in the thread.

Summary

"To anyone who still has a work profile (or is willing to test it):

If you go to "Security and Privacy" > App Security > app protection, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner > App protection settings > disable "auto scan when installing apps", does this work for you?

Even with work profile, I seem to be able to update and download again."

No reply from Samsung several weeks later, really bad form. The post says resolved; I didn't change the status as, in my opinion, the issue isn't resolved - it's a workaround not a fix.

I am unsure if I will upgrade to S25 now.

Better than me! It seems random some do, most don't update for me. Wish I could downgrade the OS until Samsung have actually tested it properly 🙄

I have same issue with my S23U in Vietnam. I was thinking it's my network problem, but it's persistent across many ISP network

Same here. Some is updated but most are not. Seems random.

Same here. I have 10 apps that won't update in Google play store.

Same here, S23+ UK, repeat trying to install the update eventually allows to install update.

I must have tried loads of times, some updates just refuse to install!

I now have banking app update and this one is refusing to update. I sent the error report to support.

I've got android auto failing too.. soon this phone will be nothing more than a fancy and very expensive paperweight..
