I have had my S22 Ultra for a few Months now which is riddled glitches, some more problematic than others. I was really exited when I ordered the custom phone from Samsung for around 1.5k I had 1tb of memory and a nice gray colour and also got a bonus on top of my trade in.

My old phone was an S22+ just under a year old and after I sent it in a 3rd party company sent me a demand for £75 towards my upgrade as they said it gad screen burn despite being barely a year old. However as my S22+ was a good phone I figured an upgrade to an S22 Ultra would be a step up and the built in 1tb would avoid app memory availability issues when using an SD card

When the phone is working OK its great when glitches kick in its a real pain and often renders the phone useless e.g when Microsoft apps fail to load or network issues calls constantly dropping etc

I would not recommend anyone who relies on their phone to get an S22 Ultra and my experience with this leads me to be wary of any new releases from Samsung until they have been release for sufficient time for Samsung to resolve the bugs in their devices. Probably around a year or so

If I had the time to produce and send all of the bug reports to Samsung it would be like a full time job doing what Samsung should do before releasing new devices.

The worst problem is Network and Conbectivity issues, which include

Calls dropping despite there veing a strong signal
Wifi dropping in apps despite there being a full signal or WiFi connected but no Internet
Signal dropping for no reason, most noticeable when streaming I.e constant black spots of silence and spinning circle trying to reconnect
Apps crashing or disappearing from screen
Dead links on Web pages
MS Office apps crashing or failing to load
Occasional crashes I e phone seems to get overloaded and freezes, goes blank and then comes back on
Occasional cogs when restarting saying optimising apps or says phone didn't shut down properly

There are other Occasional issues that I can't quite remember but on the whole it is not a very stable phone and certainly not worthy of the price tag and title of a flagship phone

I have come to the conclusion that the bulk of the problems are linked to the phones inability to maintain a strong network connection as this not only drops calls and connections etc but it is a main cause for office apps crashing or failing to load I e if Internet drops, many apps crash or freeze

I also think the inferior processor used in EU phones has a part to play as the Snapdraggon whilst does have its issues, it is more stable than the Exynos or whatever its called? I believe Samsung may be dropping this inferior chip in future releases?

I'm not sure if the next update to Android 13 will improve things but doubt it, I believe the Google Pixel phones have had this for a while but not released by Samsung yet I think it will need a firmware update once Samsung can identify what's casing problems or maybe vendors linked Microsoft might find a workaround for their apps

So in conclusion, I have had Samsung devices for many years from TVs RAM SSDs etc and always find Samsung to be a better brand but my experience with Samsung Mobiles leaves a lot to be desired and this S22 Ultra has been one of the most expensive yet the worst experience to date

Hopefully Samsung will put a bit more effort into resolving the issues rather than relying on temp fixes such as users having to perform many resets, restarts clear this clear that bla bla bla and us as consumers can use our equipment with the bug testing and fixes already sorted before releasing expensive products to market

Haha your funny. No they do not get rid of customer returns at amazon. Amazon has a separate part for selling returned goods its called amazon warehouse and for legal reasons it must be sold as refurbished. All the stuff amazon sell is new in the box unless you look for refurbished. Legal reasons they can't sell refurbished stock or returned stock as new. It has to be sold a refurbished. Refurbished does not always mean its been returned from customer. Refurbished can also mean the box is not original because the box got damaged and replaced. I have bought sealed refurbished things before the only thing it didn't have was the retail box. Refurbished is a good way to get items at a discount price. If a box gets wet or ripped the stuff is still new and sealed the box gets changed to a none retail box and sold as refurbished

The link you posted to the phone wasn't provided by Samsung or amazon. It was from a company called MCTOYZ who are a third party seller on amazon Dutch I think and been around for just under 6yrs or so i believe. Samsung don't sell the 1tb version on amazon. In fact they don't sell it anywhere at the moment as they only made so many. You were entirely wrong when you stated you can walk into any shop and walk out with a 1tb phone in an exclusive colour your own link proves you were wrong. Don't worry it's OK to be wrong it can happen to the best of us. You are right in that I would not trust amazon, ebay, very etc etc for buying an expensive electronic device. I much prefer going to known reputable retailers where its easy to validate who they are and what they are selling and of course avoiding problems when things go wrong, it's simply minimising risks. I have previously got new phones from network providers as part of a contract upgrade, again reputable and easy to validate but good for spreading the cost for expensive phones I.e you pay the monthly fee already for mins texts n data so a bit extra to include the phone as well can be a good deal

Yes it was who do you think provides the phone to amazon? Amazon gets the phone directly from Samsung hence you can click on the amazon samsung store page and it gives you a list of devices for sale at samsung but are sold by amazon.

There you go visit the samsung amazon store click on it and your then at samsungs amazon store page. Samsung does have a amazon store page like I said. Samsung does sell devices at amazon also. Samsung does not only rely on network providers and its own stores. Samsung, apple, HTC, corsair, amd, nvidia, Intel etc etc all have a amazon store page also. They are a business after all so the more places they can stock there things the better. Some people only use amazon to buy everything including food. Yes you can buy the 128gb and 256gb in most reputable shops even argos curry's John lewis etc but not the custom 1tb in a custom colour. When they were available they could only be purchased directly from Samsung as an online Exclusive and considerably more expensive for the 512gb and the 1tb. I would be happy buying one from any of the reputable shops, just not amazon or ebay. You can still get the custom colours but not the 1tb. If you wait long enough people will send some back or trade them in so they will begin to appear on Amazon and Ebay which you can buy at your own risk

No a 1tb model could be and still can be purchased from anywhere. Amazon, network providers, currys, anywhere that sells phones. You pay a premium for 1tb model and have to wait for it to come in from Samsung but you do not need to purchase a 1tb model directly from Samsung. I got a 1tb s22 ultra directly from o2 and had to wait 1 month for it. I returned it within the 14 day return period because it was just way to big. The 1tb model can be bought anywhere that sells phones you just have to wait for it be be shipped from Samsung to the store you bought it from. Shops do not stock a 1tb model because its £2500.

Ps when buying on Amazon etc you also have to ensure the product is a UK version and not EU as you may get the wrong charger and firmware etc which can cause issues when running some apps and language issues etc

The Max you can get is 512gb from a few stores. Many only do the 128 and 256 modelsScreenshot_20220827-161639_Chrome_22874_1661613424.jpg

What do you mean? You do not get a charger in the box. All firmwares are multi csc. For instance my s22 is unlocked bought from UK but it has csc code eux meaning its csc code is European Union. UK csc code is btu and European csc code is EUY. You don't need to worry about firmwares every firmware in Europe is multi csc. Meaning its the same firmware all in Europe. The Csc is just country sales code. I flash various different firmwares from all country's depending which country gets the latest firmware I always end up with btu, xuy or eux csc. You know nothing about android what so ever. Before samsung introduced knox I used to root the device and change the csc code so I would get the very very latest firmware ota. I even used to change the csc code so I could join the samsung beta program and get the samsung beta firmware for the first country it was released in..

Now we all know you haven't got a s22 ultra. All this post was a complete lie. We all know samsung does not include a charger in the box of any s21 or s22 devices. So I would now completely remove this post. You should do your research properly before you make a lieing post up.
